Filipino Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kilo pork, cubed *
    1 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. peppercorns
    oil
Preparation
    Boil pork in vinegar, water, garlic, bay leaf, salt and peppercorns.
    Remove and drain the meat when tender.
    In a skillet, heat oil.
    Fry meat until golden brown.
    Serve hot with boiled rice.
