Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 box raisins (golden)
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 eggs
    1 c. plus more buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    More than 1 cup of buttermilk will need to be used.
    Add the extra gradually until the mixture is of the right consistency.
    It needs to be thick, not runny. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
