Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk (condensed milk)
1 1/2 qt. regular milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Brown pecans in butter/margarine and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and churn ice cream as you usually do.
As ice cream thickens, add pecans, but wait until ice cream is fairly thick before doing this, otherwise the pecans go to the bottom.
