Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4-inch thick
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 to 6 center cut pork chops
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onions; lay pork chops on top of potatoes. Mix soup and water together; pour over all. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
