Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. rice
Preparation
    Chop ground beef and saute with onion and green pepper until tender.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
