Hot Chicken Salad(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small chunks
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (2 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all, except potato chips and cheese.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 15 minutes; uncover and sprinkle chips and cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
