Swiss Broccoli Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until barely tender.
    Drain.
    Combine soup, thyme, almonds, lemon juice and rind and milk.
    Add to broccoli and stir to blend.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    May be prepared early, then refrigerated for baking later.
