Fudge Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts
3/4 c. oleo (1 1/2 sticks)
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 c. hot water
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
1 1/8 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add cocoa and stir until dissolved.
Add water; stir with wire whisk.
In separate bowl mix thoroughly the sugar, flour and salt, then add to mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Before filling crust, heat mixture until dark.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
