Pennsylvania Dutch Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1-1/4 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles cornmeal. Beat water, egg and vinegar together; stir into flour mixture. Shape into ball and chill. Turn out on floured surface. Roll to fit pie pan. Will make (2)-2 crust pies or 4 single crust.
