Microwave Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, bacon and onion in 1/2 cup milk in a 2-quart casserole dish for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
    Add 2 cups milk and cook 3 minutes.
    When ready to serve, add grated cheese to the top of each bowl.
