Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
    1/3 c. quartered cherries
Preparation
    Boil the first 5 ingredients to 238\u00b0 (soft ball).
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Add vanilla, walnuts and cherries.
    Beat until just starts to thicken and pour into pan.
