Quick Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion (optional)
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 lb. lasagne noodles (1 lb. if 4 noodles per layer)
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, brown beef chuck, onion, garlic and oregano.
    Add soup, water and vinegar.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. In shallow 12 x 8-inch pan, arrange 3 alternate layers of cooked noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
