Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. canola oil (Puritan)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Oil bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan;
    set aside. Place
    egg whites in large bowl, beat with spoon until slightly frothy.
    Add
    oil and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in sugar
    and cocoa;
    mix
    well.
    Stir
    in
    flour
    until well blended.
    Pour into
    pan.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 26 minutes. Avoid overbaking. Cool before cutting.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
