Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cans shrimp
Preparation
    Combine rice, 2 tablespoons butter, parsley, pimento and onion.
    Toss lightly.
    Heat soup, lemon juice, pepper and butter until bubbly hot.
    Fold in shrimp and heat for 1 minute longer. Serve over rice.
