Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken wings
    1 stick butter
    3 to 5 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut wings at joints, using just first two sections.
    Rub with fresh ground black pepper.
    Fry in wok in peanut oil.
    Drain when done. Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add hot sauce.
    Pour butter/hot sauce over wings.
