Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    melted margarine
    sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups water. Add eggs and oil; mix well. Add 6 cups flour, 2 cups at a time, mixing well after each addition. Knead in 1/2 cup flour on lightly floured surface. Place in large greased bowl. Let rise, covered, until doubled in bulk. Roll 1/2-inch thick on lightly floured surface;
    cut with round cutter. Brush with margarine; sprinkle with sugar. Fold over; place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
