Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. grated ginger
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger, dry mustard and garlic, stirring to blend.
    Marinate steak or chicken in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours.
