Turketti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. raw (not thin) spaghetti or fettucini, broken in 2-inch pieces
    3 to 4 c. cooked ham, chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. diced canned pimento
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 3/4 c. turkey or chicken broth or water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix lightly with fork.
    Place in 3-quart casserole; add or sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over mixture.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking or fix the day before.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until mixture starts to bubble.
    Bake uncovered.
