Chicken With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Coat chicken breasts with flour.
    Melt butter and pour into a shallow baking dish.
    Lay chicken breasts (skin side down) on top of melted butter and bake for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
