Orange-Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thick pork chops
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Place pork chops in large shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
May be assembled ahead and allowed to marinate refrigerated.
