Broccoli Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 (6 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Stir in corn muffin mix.
    Use well-greased muffin tins or line with paper cups.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
