Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Wash and drain cabbage.
Cut it up in chunks or slices.
Rid cabbage of water.
Add to the vegetable oil.
You may also use the bacon fat if you like.
Fry on medium heat, continually stirring the cabbage.
Add salt, pepper and sugar and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or to your desired texture.
