Swiss Fondue(Original Recipe From Switzerland) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    French bread, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    May use 2 cups Gruyere cheese and 2 cups Emmenthaler cheese instead of Cheddar and Parmesan cheese, or 4 cups Swiss cheese.
