The Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 graham crackers, made into crumbs
1 pt. sour cream
9 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla, divided
fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the vanilla for 10 minutes.
Butter a 9
x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour cream cheese mixture atop crumbs and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream and the 9 tablespoons sugar and the other 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
Beat 10 minutes. Pour over cooled cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
Fresh or frozen strawberries may be pushed lightly into sour cream topping when it's cool.
