Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 (14 oz.) cans sauerkraut
Preparation
    Sear
    pork
    chops
    in
    skillet.
    Place
    chops in baking dish. Drain sauerkraut and pour over chops.
    Add 1 cup water. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
