Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (3 fresh lemons)
8 oz. lite Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat egg in medium mixing bowl.
Add Eagle Brand milk and mix together.
Add lemon juice and mix together.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Garnish with twisted lemon slice.
Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
Serve cold.
