Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    dash of red pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine drained, cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. Heat and serve from chafing dish with tortilla chips.
    Flavor improves if made the day before.
