Esther'S Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 stick margarine
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lb. melted marshmallows
juice of 2 oranges
1/2 lb. orange slice candy, cut into small pieces
10 oz. coconut
1 lb. each: pecans, Brazil nuts and English walnuts
1/2 lb. each: green and red candied cherries and any other fruit desired (raisins, etc.)
Preparation

Place margarine, marshmallows, orange juice and condensed milk in saucepan or microwave and heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add crumbs, then other ingredients.
Mix well and press into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Refrigerate.
May wrap and freeze.
Keeps well up to a year in freezer.
