Honey Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork spareribs or pork loin back ribs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut spareribs into serving size pieces.
    Place ribs, bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Cover and roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Brush some of glaze on ribs.
    Roast, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes longer until meat is tender.
    Brush occasionally with remaining glaze.
    Yields 4 servings.
