Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean country style ribs
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Brown spareribs, remove from pan while you melt butter and add rest of ingredients in frying pan.
    Add while hot to ribs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, test if not well done.
    Roast awhile longer.
    Or you can use slow cooker method.
