Plantation Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gingerbread mix
    1 c. lemon pudding
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Bake gingerbread as directed on package.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Heat lemon pudding until hot through.
    Top warm gingerbread squares with cream cheese.
    Spoon hot lemon pudding over top.
    Serves 9.
