Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. eggs (whole)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. (16 oz. can) sweet potatoes, mashed
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, sweet potatoes, salt, melted butter, milk, lemon juice and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked 9-inch shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard is set. Pumpkin may be substituted for sweet potatoes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
