Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
36 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Drain green beans and corn.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly in greased casserole dish.
Mix onions, celery, cheese, sour cream and soup.
Spread over beans and corn.
Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers and almonds.
Spread this over top of casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
