Zippy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 small zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and press garlic.
    Saute over low heat in olive oil until garlic is light golden, about 10 minutes.
    Steam zucchini and mushrooms until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Place in serving dish.
    Pour garlic oil over vegetables.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top with cheese and serve.
