Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
3 tsp. oleo, melted
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cubed American cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Crush croutons slightly and toss with oleo.
Set aside.
Place broccoli, water and salt in pan.
Bring to boil.
Separate pieces. Remove from heat.
Drain well and set aside.
Place cheese in pan; add cheese and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart dish.
Sprinkle croutons on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
