Tillamook Macaroni Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated Tillamook cheese (Cheddar cheese)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
Meanwhile, combine soup, milk and Tillamook cheese.
Heat and stir until cheese begins to melt.
Mix with macaroni, blending in mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Combine crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on top of macaroni.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
