Hearty Salad Bowl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked or canned string beans (or can use peas)
1 1/2 c. cooked carrot sticks
1 large potato or 2 small ones, diced
1 1/2 c. cooked beef, ham or pork cutlets, diced
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing (low calorie is fine)
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation

Marinate and chill green beans, carrots and potatoes in Italian dressing 1 to 2 hours. Mix the vegetables and meat. Arrange the sliced eggs on top of salad. Sprinkle with paprika. This salad can be served hot or cold.
