Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick softened margarine
    1 can creamed corn
    3/4 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 1 hour in an uncovered dish at 350\u00b0.
