Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
2 to 3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender.
Sprinkle on water 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until pastry holds together.
Shape into balls; flatten into disk.
Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
Make topping.
