Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Make a well and add liquids.
    Do not use a mixer.
    Add apples and nuts; stir gently.
    Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes for small loaf.
