El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. black olives
    1 can mild chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients.
    Crumble 1 bag tortilla chips and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add meat mixture for the next layer. Mix last four ingredients and spread over meat layer.
    Top with 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
