Jordan Marsh'S Big Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar (set aside 2 Tbsp. for topping)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease tins.
    Cream butter well, then add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times.
    Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Fold in all the blueberries at once.
    Fill to the top; sprinkle with the reserved sugar.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour in pan.
