Oklahoma Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork, sausage or hamburger
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    green peppers
    canned whole tomatoes
    onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    minced garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    While meat is cooking, slice green peppers into large slices (not chopped).
    Brown in a small amount of olive oil until tender, but still firm.
    Add the can of tomatoes (undrained) and the meat.
    Add about 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon red pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar and minced garlic. Tabasco can also be added to taste.
    Other spices can be added as desired.
    When all ingredients are added, simmer for 1/2 hour, until flavors blend.
    Cook noodles only until firm and add to mixture.
