Heavenly Rolled Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks (total of 3 lb.)
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 jar whole pimientos
    fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Pound the steaks until thin.
    Rub in salt, pepper and plenty of paprika.
    Overlap the steaks, making 1 large steak.
    Spread the meat with a layer of mushrooms and blanket them with the onions. Cut pimentos in half and lay over the onions.
    Cover with fine bread crumbs.
