Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag doritos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-tel Tomato's
    1 can of water
    1 med. onion
    1 cup of grated cheese
Preparation
    Crush Doritos in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Brown ground beef; drain and add on top of doritos. Chop onion on top of beef. Top onion with 1/2 of grated cheese; then top with both soups. Ro-Tel tomatoes and water. Using spatula, drag through top mixtures to lightly mix. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
