Burrito Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
2 chicken bouillon cubes
flour tortillas
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can chili beans
1 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Add soup, enchilada sauce mix, bouillon cubes, chili beans, salt and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put half of mixture in baking dish. Top with tortillas torn into bite size pieces, then layer of sour cream, then grated cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
