Nacho Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. shredded American cheese
4 oz. diced mild green chilies
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken (4 breasts)
Preparation

Combine soup and 1 cup cheese, chilies and onions.
Stir together nonfat dry milk and flour.
Add water to make 2/3 cup. Add to soup mixture and stir.
Layer 1/3 cup chips in 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.
Top with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 soup mixture.
Repeat. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with chips and garnish with tomato wedges after baking.
