Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 small (4 oz.) jars plum with tapioca baby food
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Mix with mixer.
In separate bowl, sift flour, cloves and cinnamon. Add flour mixture and plums, alternating, until well blended. Grease and flour tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
