Cranberry-Apple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Hellmann's mayo
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Cool until partially set. Then add last 4 ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart mold.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
