Golden Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (20 oz. each) crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 slices bread (crusts removed), buttered and cubed
Preparation
    Drain
    pineapple,
    reserving
    1
    cup
    juice.
    In mixing bowl, combine
    pineapple,
    juice, sugar, flour and eggs.
    Mix well. Spoon
    into 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with bread cubes. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned. Serve
    as
    side
    dish with ham or poultry.
    Yields 8 servings.
